「中毒」「依存症」と聞くと、アルコールや薬物を始めとした物質を思い浮かべますが、SNS等もっと身近なものとの関係性も依存的になり得るのではないか。そんな予感をきっかけに取り上げたテーマです。

私たちが外部の刺激に依存するようになってしまう脳の仕組みや、依存から回復するために必要な助けとはどんなものなのか、アナ・レンブケ著「ドーパミン中毒」やNetflixドキュメンタリー「監視資本主義」を題材に、考えてみます。
